Hi! I’m going to try something new today. I have signed up for The Whole Life Challenge and was wondering if anyone that reads this blog has participated in this challenge before. It looks like fun and was recommended to me by my physical therapist. The challenge starts on January 19th and lasts only six weeks. You have seven goals every day, almost like a total approach to physical and mental health. You gain and lose points depending on whether you attain a goal or eat that cookie (OK that’s just me). Here’s the link if you are interested in reviewing what this is all about. You give yourself points for reaching a daily goal but deduct if you do not. I would love to have a team of positive people that are interested in supporting each other! At the end of each day you reflect on the day and I promise to make mine entertaining!
I’ve created a team that is called. Friends are welcome to join us! There is a fee to play the game which kind of STINKS but I guess they have to support themselves somehow. I would love for them to give us a discount but I don’t have much clout with a team of one. Maybe next time! Anyway if you want to join just hop on board and if you are hesitant then please eat chocolate chip cookies for me. No…no…be healthy!
For those of you who are not interested in joining simply stay tuned for some updates! My goal is to not be shocked when I accidentally see myself in a store window or turn on my phone with the camera reversed! HA HA!
